We’re looking for an Office Manager to manage two small offices on Portland’s West side. This is a salaried position. You will work directly with the owners to facilitate managing office staff, current brokers and sub-contractors in day-to-day operations.
Job duties include (but not limited to):
- Assist in new agent on-boarding and training
- Partake in leadership / mentorship and staff education
- Overall company long-term growth planning
Requirements / Experience Needed:
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Local to our offices in Beaverton and Hillsboro
- Base salary
- Professional, yet fun, atmosphere
- Ability, but limited, to sell at no desk fee
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
To keep our employees, agents and clients safe, we are limiting the amount of people in the offices at one time. We’re maintaining (at least) a 6-ft. distance, and wearing our masks in the event that we cannot maintain that safe distance.
