Office Manager

We’re looking for an Office Manager to manage two small offices on Portland’s West side. This is a salaried position. You will work directly with the owners to facilitate managing office staff, current brokers and sub-contractors in day-to-day operations.

Job duties include (but not limited to):

  • Assist in new agent on-boarding and training
  • Partake in leadership / mentorship and staff education
  • Overall company long-term growth planning

Requirements / Experience Needed:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • At least 1 year of management experience
  • Local to our offices in Beaverton and Hillsboro

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
