Vancouver developer C.E. John has planned to pour $20M into the Hazel Dell Shopping Center and plans to bring a ton of new restaurants and shops! Decisions for the revamp came about because ownership at C.E. John actually lives in the area and felt that Hazel Dell, Felida, and Lake Shore were all underserved areas.
The center will offer more new businesses, which include Farrar’s Bistro, MOD Pizza, MUV Fitness, Legacy Urgent Care, TwinStar Credit Union, Marshalls and Rue 21. Beyond these added services, the developer is looking to give the center a facelift and enhance the presentation as it’s one of the first things people see getting off the freeway there.
Though most of the new retailers have settled in (or will be moving in within the next couple months) the developer is still on the look out to fill a few more spaces. C.E. John has prided themselves in their thoughtful selection process and is striving to find retailers that will fill the community needs.
